Hong Kong: Opus, Stubbs Road

Opus Hong Kong was designed by top architect Frank Gehry and built by Swire Properties. In 2012, a new record was set with the sale of an Opus apartment. As reported in “The Wall Street Journal”, a buyer paid $ 61 million, the highest price per m² that has ever been paid – not just in Hong Kong, but also in Asia – for a property. It was also the second-highest price in the world after One Hyde Park in London. Both projects were equipped with bulthaup kitchens.
