El resultado es una nueva filosof\u00eda de la cocina, descrita en 1982 por Aicher, un cocinero aficionado, en su libro &#8216;La cocina para cocinar&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Esta obra, convertida ya en un cl\u00e1sico, contin\u00faa siendo hoy en d\u00eda una valiosa fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n.
