Otl Aicher, cuisinier passionn\u00e9, la d\u00e9crit dans son livre \u00ab La cuisine pour cuisiner \u00bb (Die K\u00fcche zum Kochen), publi\u00e9 en 1982.<\/p>\n<p>Sa conclusion : le design des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de cuisine doit se concentrer sur l\u2019essentiel.
