Tijdens ruim vijftig reizen over de wereld, onderzoeken ze de menselijke leef- en eetgewoonten. In het in 1982 verschenen boek \u2018Die K\u00fcche zum Kochen\u2019 [De keuken om te koken] geeft hobbykok Otl Aicher aan wat hij onder de nieuwe filosofie verstaat.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusie: ontwerpers van keukenelementen moeten zich concentreren op de essentie.
