Explore the extraordinary mid-century-inspired kitchen nestled in the prestigious Polo Club neighborhood. Originally conceived to make a statement, this space seamlessly blends modernity with timeless elegance.

The kitchen’s allure is heightened by a captivating interplay of sand-beige aluminum cabinets adorned with bronze aluminum accents on the island. This striking contrast adds depth and sophistication to the design. The scullery, which is discreetly tucked away, serves as an additional storage haven for everyday and catering needs. This practical feature ensures the kitchen remains visually stunning and uncluttered.

To infuse warmth and an element of surprise, we added a pocket door that reveals a bulthaup walnut interior. The thin countertops maintain the modern aesthetic while providing a sleek foundation for the overall design.

Step into a haven of contemporary design where wide-plank natural oak floors, pristine white walls, and abundant natural light converge to craft an open and inviting kitchen-living space. These harmonious elements set the perfect stage for the main attractions: sand beige anodized aluminum cabinetry, elegant white glass wall panels, and sleek white quartz composite countertops.

This minimalist masterpiece not only boasts a captivating aesthetic but also delivers seamless functionality. It’s a space meticulously designed to elevate not just its appearance but also the culinary experience of its inhabitants. Every corner of this kitchen-living area exudes warmth and charm, serving as a wellspring of inspiration for the homeowners and their culinary adventures.

The intelligently designed L-shaped seating area fosters connection, ensuring that conversations flow effortlessly among friends and family.

Our threefold goal was to enhance flow, introduce energy-efficient appliances, and incorporate chic materials that will withstand daily use.

We replaced a gas range and hood with a sleek induction cooktop and telescoping downdraft ventilation. Kitchen appliances include a combination steam oven, microwave, and conventional oven. The cantilevered island serves as a spacious meal prep area and a low-profile eating nook. Modern side-by-side freezer/refrigerator units were tucked within aluminum-paneled built-ins, becoming the focal point of the revamped space. Seamless, touch-to-open cabinetry discreetly conceals ample storage space.

Durable finishes were selected to combat wear and tear while exuding elegance. Easy-to-clean aluminum wall/backsplash panels, laminate cabinets, stainless countertops, and toe kicks in sandy-beige metallic tones add warmth and subtle shine to the space.

Collaborating with a lighting designer, we installed recessed LED down lighting, minimalistic sconces, and uplighting for an ethereal feel. A recessed LED channel highlights the reflective quality of aluminum panels, all equipped with Lutron controls for tailored lighting adjustments.

For this project, the focus was creating an efficient and elegantly functional kitchen space. The chosen material, bulthaup’s bronze anodized aluminum, lends an air of sophistication and modern charm to this culinary sanctuary.

To achieve a clean and seamless look in the kitchen, we integrated ovens, pantry storage, refrigeration, and a hidden coffee system behind pocket doors. The divider between the kitchen and dining room, which was covered in white lacquer panels, was a practical and aesthetic decision.

At the heart of this culinary haven lies a meticulously designed island, offering both visual appeal and practical utility. Complete with an induction cooktop, a generously sized sink, and ample seating, the island beckons for leisurely breakfasts and casual conversations.

This penthouse kitchen is a showcase of refined taste and thoughtful design. It’s not just a culinary space; it’s an embodiment of elevated living, providing a harmonious experience in the heart of your home.

In this new construction project, we curated a modern culinary space with a distinctive touch. The kitchen boasts sophistication with bulthaup’s grey anodized aluminum cabinetry, seamlessly blending functionality and aesthetics. For the Butler’s Pantry, a sleek white lacquer finish was chosen, maintaining a cohesive design throughout.

Responding to our client’s desire for a minimalist look, we implemented a hardware-free approach, ensuring a clean and streamlined appearance. The island, elevated on stainless steel centipede-style legs, creates a visually striking floating effect. This design not only enhances the kitchen’s aesthetics but also provides a light and airy ambiance.

The thoughtfully designed island accommodates an induction cooktop and a small prep sink, adding practicality to the elegant form. Meanwhile, the tall elevation efficiently houses refrigeration and ovens, contributing to a seamless and organized culinary haven.

This contemporary condominium underwent a significant rejuvenation, inspired by our collaboration with these clients on a previous project. The goal was to transform the existing kitchen area, aligning it with their unique style.

Carefully selected finishes define a sophisticated aesthetic, featuring a matte lacquer for the cooktop elevation complemented by elegant white glass wall panels. The tall elevation boasts a natural anodized aluminum finish, adding a touch of modernity to the space. The island, crafted with soft-touch lacquer, invites casual seating with a walnut bar top.

Diverse countertop materials were thoughtfully chosen, incorporating a 1 cm stainless steel countertop for the cooktop elevation and a 1 cm white quartz surface from bulthaup. Illuminating the island’s seating area are striking bocci pendants, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

This condominium remodel is a testament to seamless design execution, marrying the clients’ unique style with a thoughtful selection of finishes and materials, creating a space that effortlessly balances sophistication and practicality.
