bulthaup Miami and Michelle Gagnon of Bio Alchemy Olfactive hosted an evening of scent exploration and discovery. Guests were invited to Michelle’s “scent bar,” thoughtfully staged on a bulthaup b2 workbench, where they explored fragrance as narrative — personal, place-based, and ephemeral. The refined simplicity of the space, defined by European kitchen design and German-made cabinetry, became the perfect backdrop for this olfactory journey.

At the heart of the showroom, Chef Dani Chavez Bello brought scent to taste. Working within a bulthaup b3 kitchen, he crafted dishes that echoed the night’s theme, layering flavor like fragrance — bright, salty, and deeply evocative.

It was an evening of shared discovery, where design, scent, and cuisine intersected. The experience embodied bulthaup’s philosophy: that a modern kitchen system can be more than functional — it can be a place of story, craft, and sensory connection.

All the senses and our beautifully remodeled showroom were celebrated with our Vieterre collaboration.  Artisans Mercedes Durrieu and Maria Cruz Saavedra created a bulthaup Miami bespoke garden with their delicate and detailed porcelain flowers.  They included for the evening gathering of about forty guests, a curated aroma, and a meditative sound bath.  The eyes, nose and ears were treated to a holistic experience while everyone enjoyed delicious appetizers and celebratory wine.
