From your initial showroom introduction, one of our designers will become a personal contact for you. Your designer will listen to your brief, support your decision-making during the planning stage, design something incredible and ensure that the installation team know the intricacies of your plans.

We relish meeting new clients, the challenge of a new brief, the 4am flashes of inspiration, the lively internal debates over a proposal and the satisfaction of completing a flawless project.

1. The Brief

Visit a showroom and have a chat with a designer. They will:

• Make you a drink and give you a tour of the showroom and products
• Ask you some questions to establish your brief and boundaries
• Talk about your project vision, budget, and expectations

2. Design Survey

Our designer will visit your property and…
…survey the space, taking full measurements.
…research more about the property, its style and how it is used.

3. The Design

Over the next couple of weeks, your designer will:

• Sketch a design
• Select products that meet the brief
• Develop CAD layouts
• Put together a full quotation

4. The Presentation

This is a chance for your designer to take you through their proposals, welcoming your input and scribbles on the:

• Plans
• Elevations
• Quotation

5. Ordering Product

When you are fully satisfied with the design and ready to move forward we:

• Request a 50% payment
• Order products, typically, we expect between an 8 and 12-week lead time
• Book in our installers

6. Meet the Installers

We’ll get in touch and let you know some very important details:

• When your project will begin
• Who will be working in your home
• Prepare Mechanical & Electrical specifications
• Prior to delivery we’ll also ask for your second payment of 45%

7. The Work Begins

You can expect:

• Your home to be prepped and protected
• The materials to be delivered and carefully stored
• The construction phase to begin

8. Monitoring Progress

As work continues, your designer will visit your home to:

• Chat with you about the project progress
• Perform quality checks
• Check that the project is on schedule and according to plan

9. Communication

There’s nothing worse than being kept in the dark about work in your own home. We won’t let that happen. Throughout the project, we invite an open discourse. It helps to make sure that should any issues arise, we can find solutions quickly, efficiently and correctly.

10. Final Assessment

Your designer will visit your home to:

• Assess the completed works
• Sign off the work with your agreement
• Pop open a bottle of champagne

11. The Finish Line

Your final payment of 5% will complete the project.
We now look forward to welcoming you to our customer showroom events. Varied evenings surrounding fine food & wine.

12. And then…

Should you have any questions or concerns, however small, we are at your service and only a phone call away. Our reputation is built upon customer service that continues to be enjoyed far beyond the final day of installation.
